We are based in Cranston and the majority of our work is in Cranston. We also serve the communities directly surrounding the city — Warwick to the south, Johnston to the northwest, North Providence to the north, West Warwick and Coventry to the west, and Barrington, East Greenwich, and Providence for clients whose projects and referrals bring us there.
The housing stock in these communities spans roughly the same era as Cranston's — postwar suburban construction through the mid-1980s, with older exceptions in the historic village centers and bayfront neighborhoods. We know how to work in all of it.

Rhode Island's second-largest city, directly south of Cranston. Warwick's residential fabric is primarily postwar — the same era and construction type as most of Cranston. Apponaug village at the center has older character.
