This policy describes what Cranston Kitchen Remodel does with the information you give us through this website. It is short because the site does very little: there is one form, it sends us an email, and that is the whole of it.
What we collect
The only information we collect is what you type into a contact or estimate form on this site. Those forms ask for:
- Your name and phone number — required, because we cannot return a call without them.
- Your email address — optional. If you provide it, we use it as the reply address so a response reaches you.
- Details about the project — optional: your address or city, the type of work, a description of what you want done, and when it is convenient to reach you.
We do not ask for and have no use for payment details, financial information, or government identification numbers. Do not send them through this form.
What we do with it
A submitted form is delivered to us as an email so that a person can read it and get back to you about your project. That is the only purpose it is used for.
The email is delivered on our behalf by Resend, a transactional email provider, which processes the message in order to send it. The contents of your enquiry are not written to a database on this website.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or share it with advertisers, data brokers, or lead-buying networks. We do not add you to a marketing list or send newsletters.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies. Nothing here stores an identifier on your device, which is why you have not been asked to dismiss a cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.
We do use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which our host adds to these pages automatically. It tells us how many people viewed a page, which site referred them, and roughly what country and browser they used. It does not set cookies, it does not fingerprint your device, and it does not follow you to other websites. We cannot identify an individual visitor from it.
Beyond that measurement, there are no advertising tags, no conversion pixels, no session recording, no social media trackers, and no data brokers receiving anything from these pages.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. As with essentially any web host, Cloudflare's infrastructure automatically records standard request information — including IP addresses — for security, abuse prevention, and keeping the site online. Those logs are generated and retained by Cloudflare under its own practices, not assembled by us into profiles of visitors.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email for as long as we may reasonably need them — to answer follow-up questions, to honour a quote, or to refer back to a completed job. We are a remodeling contractor, not a data business, and we have no reason to hold onto enquiries beyond that.
Asking us to delete your information
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Call (401) 416-5650 or use our contact form and say so. We will action it, and we will not ask you to justify the request or make you jump through hoops for it.
Children
This site is for homeowners arranging remodeling work. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Links to other sites
If we ever link out to another company — a manufacturer, a supplier, a trade body — that company's own privacy practices govern what happens once you leave this site. We have no control over them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date below. There is no version history to consult; the page you are reading is the current one.
